Information: OHA Domestic Well Testing Vouchers  

Applications for free well test vouchers are available for residents in the LUBGWMA (Lower Umatilla Basin Groundwater Management Area) portion of Umatilla County. This consists of Hermiston-97838, Stanfield-97875, Echo-97826 & Umatilla-97882. OHA is offering one testing voucher per well.  After you complete the voucher application and receive a free well testing voucher, it will be time to schedule a test for the water. Umatilla County Health can help to facilitate this proces.  Please refer to the scheduling module below to schedule a test. Additionally, you may contact our office and we will help to schedule this for you.

Getting To Know Your Well: 

Testing your well water is a good idea to ensure a safe and a reliable source of drinking water.  Well testing is a process that measures the presence and amount of certain contaminants in the drinking water of privately owned wells. Some drinking water contaminants may come from coliform, nitrate and arsenic.  Listed below are additional resources of information regarding coliform, nitrate, and arsenic:
